dear debra, my name is david crook im 40 yrs old and was in good health til a year ago, i have blockages in my small veins in my heart and have to have a heart transplant or i wont live but for a few years. i have a few wishes i would like to fill and one involves you. im a major fan of daryl hall and john oates. in 1985 i was in the memphis tn commerical appeal for being their biggest fan, you photographed them in 1982 for muscian mag and your pictures were my favorite of all time. what i would like is to purchase contact sheets of the shoot and purchase about 4 16×20 prints from you to hang in my room. i want to know the date and anything you can tell me about the shoot. im sure your busy, but this would make my dream come true. i cant afford alot im on ssi for my illness. i can provide a letter from my doctor if needed. hope to hear from you soon merry christmas david
